The Terms and Conditions explain how your confidential Personal information as a User of this DeepCentric Mobile Application is collected, used, and protected during secured usage of the DeepCentric Mobile Application services. Necessary and reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's information are taken. Following are the details of DeepCentric Mobile App Users Personal information, encompassed in the Terms and Conditions -

• Login Credential Security: When email address and password are used as login credentials to use the DeepCentric Mobile Application, this information is captured and is required for us to know who you are so that only authorized Users are provided secured access to the Mobile Services. These credentials are highly protected and are not stored and used anywhere.
• Notifications: At any time, you may opt in or opt out to receive notifications, such as Appointments and Reminders, that may enrich your DeepCentric Mobile App.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions will allow you to use the Mobile Application.
